Finally, the writer's strike is over! The media companies and the Writers Guild of America made a deal and the writers are getting back to work. Walt Disney chief executive Michael Eisner said, "It's over. They made the deal, they shook hands on the deal. It's going on Saturday to the writers in general."
No details were released, but at least that means no more re-runs. Not to mention the Oscars will go on as scheduled.
